Resort "FERIENWELT OBERES PRIENTAL". 17 houses in the resort. 1.5 km from the centre of Sachrang, 18 km from the centre of Kufstein, 92 km from the centre of München, on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: natural pond. Fireplace, children's playground. In the house: bistro. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Walchensee" 15 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Walchensee/Zahmer Kaiser 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Chiemsee 25 km.

We were the first, but certainly not the last time in this holiday home, we really liked it. Cleanliness, facilities, environment everything perfect. The only small point of criticism is the lack of WLAN, which can be remedied using a mobile hotspot.

Is extremely quiet (at least outside of the high season) - no noise or anything else disturbing at night! Everything very clean and well-kept. Probably best suited for 2 adults and 2 children... Direct start for 2 beautiful hikes: Karspitze with Wildbichlalm (food quite good) and Spitzstein with Spitzsteinhaus. On-site support very good and relaxed! Highly Recommended!

Targeted disinfection could not be determined. The oven was heavily soiled. old toaster. Kitchen wasn't really clean in general. sewer smell in the bathroom. Windows not cleaned. beds e.g. T. worn out.

The house is very nice and well equipped. The location was quiet and the nearest town, Aschau, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. We went for walks and/or swimming every day. There are many great natural baths nearby. The handover went smoothly, but the additional costs on site were higher than expected. Otherwise we only missed the WLAN.

We did not use the full capacity of the holiday home with 4 people, as there are 5 beds in 2 rooms. If necessary, a fold-out couch in the living room can be used. Everything you need is there: TV, radio, refrigerator, dishwasher, shower room and guest toilet. There is underfloor heating and a hot water tank that allows for up to 5 showers and can be heated up quickly. The only thing missing in the house, but also in the area, is accessibility to the Internet. Parking is available but occasionally used by strangers.
