The house is very conveniently located, just 3 minutes from the Zillertalbahn train station. The house has 8 beautiful, spacious rooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable living rooms. Everything was very clean, and we also really enjoyed the garden, terrace, and grill. The landlady is very friendly. We would love to come back.

Beautiful, clean, large and a lovely garden. Everything you need is there. Each bedroom has a sink. Communication was good and fast and everything was very clear. In addition, a train station around the corner. Highly recommended!

With 8 adults and 4 children stayed a week in house Sonnblick. Bedrooms are fine, all equipped with sink with mirror. The bathroom downstairs may be renovated but is usable. The bathroom on floor 1 is new. Nice walk-in shower, missing sink/mirror. On the top floor a solar eclipse would not be superfluous then the children sleep a little longer. The garden is great! Kitchen could get a bigger fridge for so many people. Overall fine!

We felt very comfortable. The house offers a lot of space and the garden is nice to sit in. We were even able to have a barbecue in the sunshine. The landlords are super nice and accommodating. We would book this house again at any time. The route to the various ski areas with the ski bus and the Zillerbahn is no problem - as the direct access is very short.

Very nice house, in a good location! Centrally located as a starting point for skiers. The accommodation is very spacious and offers enough space for larger groups of people! The kitchen is well equipped! There is also a washing machine on the first floor. The landlady is always approachable and extremely friendly!

+ good location - calm village not far from a highway, easy to reach by car + nice garden - comfortable benches under the pergola, grill equipment, possibility of sitting on the grass + everything clean and working + enough rooms (both private and common), very good equiped kitchen, 3 bathrooms (no problems with hot water), washbasins in private rooms - only one fridge not enough for bigger group in summer - flies everywhere - the window insect nets would be fine - some beds creaked

A fantastic winter sports home with lots of space. The house is located in a quiet street not too far from the slopes in Kaltenbach. Sun (Sonnblick!) in the garden from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. In short, we enjoyed it.

The house is really really nice. It was newly renovated, is absolutely clean and very large. We were 10 adults and 3 children. For families with children the absolutely right place for vacation. The house has a very large garden with a swing and a sandpit. In addition, it is in the 2nd row, which is why it is very quiet there. The house has a very well equipped kitchen. All in all one can only rave about this house. Top price-performance! :)
