Haus Birkenheim is a 5-minute walk from the big gondola, which is a plus. The layout of the apartment is awkward; the living room can only be reached via the bedrooms, there is no entrance with a hall. The beds are good, bedding is poor. There is just enough cutlery and crockery; the dishwasher runs often. There are many signs of use; cracks in tiles, star in shower wall and broken and too small waste bin. The male landlord is suddenly in the house.

Solid house with good facilities. Especially the location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from the gondola.

The apartment is in a quiet location and a good walking distance from the gaislachkogl we ourselves have two children aged 10 and 8 and this was doable

Description of the apartment quite inaccurate. Had the 3 bedroom condo. The entrance to the apartment is through the bedrooms (only one room is in the description) and from the bedroom you can only get to the kitchen through the other bedroom. So more suitable for families. Poor equipment in the kitchen (in an apartment for 6 people there should be at least 6 spoons, etc., as well as cooking spoons, small sharp knives, etc.). Mattress in the connecting bedroom old and worn out. In the other two bedrooms but super mattress. For each room there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Neat apartment. Beautiful spacious bedrooms. And in each bedroom a shower / toilet. Beautiful location close to the gondola/ski lift. Where are the lockers for the skis. Maybe a TIP: Put a vacuum cleaner in the apartment.
