Two adults, two kids (12 and 13). Great location, house is complete, clean and quiet. River Lech is a few minutes walk away, throwing stones is great fun. Hiking trails accessible on foot, for example Tannheim by car 20 minutes. We had a wonderful week's holiday (last week of April 2023) in this super house.

The house is comfortable and very neat. This is a good base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings. Hiking trails start right behind the house and you don't have to leave the valley to do your shopping.

We were completely satisfied, very spacious house with a great kitchen (cooking island) and everything we needed. Mainly large freestanding fridge with 3 proper freezer compartments. Huge terrace with a view of the mountains, large double garage and 3 parking spaces behind the house directly at the main entrance.

Great holiday home for families with children, clean and comfortable, well located for local excursions and by car further into the Lechtal, well equipped, important consumables were available, uncomplicated and quick contact with the landlady, everything was great!

Nice, very clean house. Well equipped kitchen. Modern bathrooms with lots of space. Ideal starting point for winter sports. Both cross-country skiing and alpine or winter hiking. Very good inn within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house.
