In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, railway station "Aschau" 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop, ski school 200 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

There were five of us in this apartment and we were pleasantly surprised. The bedroom as well as the kitchen/living room are very large and therefore also pleasant to withdraw into the room from time to time. The apartment does not offer any luxury but meets the expectations of a holiday home. There are no flaws to mention.

Functionally furnished apartment with a very nice balcony. Nice landlord. Ski buses to Kaltenbach and Zell can be reached in 5-8 minutes, so you have to walk a little bit, but it is very doable. If the snow conditions are good, the descent is just behind the house (black slope). Baker and small supermarket 5 minutes away.
