It is a great home with an absolutely stunning view, simple but nice, it has everything you could want or need. It is not a fancy home but a great place to make memories. Spoiler alert, the road is a trip in itself, you need awd and a coldblood in wintertime, but can't wait to visit in summertime. The host is the friendliest person I have stayed at in Austria.

The cottage is located on a hill away from the town, with phenomenal views of the entire valley and the nearby mountains. Apartment inside very cozy, large kitchen and rooms, and a great living room.

Very nicely located house with lots of space and a huge balcony - it should be noted, however, that it takes about 15 minutes to drive up the mountain via serpentines. The equipment could be improved or if things are already not available, it would be good to point this out in advance, as the nearest supermarket is not easy to reach. We would have expected toilet paper and soap in these times. Otherwise, for example, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, garbage bags and charcoal were missing.

Everything could be a little better maintained. There were eg lights broken, shower heads leaked, but its details. Sleeping comfort very bad, family traveling along also complained about this.

Very nice house and the location first. The first driveway to the house takes a little getting used to, but the view of Kalten oh is very nice. We will be back. Very nice landlord 5 stars.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for such a large team. Getting to the hill is not so scary, but in real winter without chains rather impossible.

A wonderfully large holiday apartment, very comfortably furnished. The view of the valley and the mountains is amazing. Buns will be delivered to the house after the performance. The landlords are very nice and make an effort and also take the time for a chat in between. I've been there twice now and would go a third time in a heartbeat. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

The Hansjörg house is very clean and our apartment was well divided. You have a great view and everything worked perfectly. The administrator is very friendly and is available for questions. We vacationed there with some people with disabilities and felt very welcome. Again any time!

Good value for the money. Is a little to far from the main road and you need to use snow-chains to drive in winter, but the space and the view compensate.
