The house is situated in a valley approx. 8.5 km from Mayrhofen. The tunnel is closed in winter; access via a relatively narrow road. Convenient parking in front of the house.

I'm very happy. The owners are very contact, funny and nice. Cleanliness at a very high level, I did not notice dust. Kitchen equipment properly full, new appliances. There is even a pantry next to the kitchen which made it very easy to store food. A very climatic town with a micro skiing and tubing center. Secluded and beautiful. Access through 5 tunnels, after considerable snowfall, it was a bit difficult, but the village lies at the bottom of the valley, so there are no steep climbs.

The apartment is nice and very clean. The environment is gorgeous! The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped. They have everything you can need. There is also a drying room. The hosts are very nice! Two disadvantages: 1!!! The bedroom is underground (because of the mountain) which can't be expected from the pictures - no sunlight! 2. The bed creaks and wakes you up at night. Nevertheless a very nice apartment, we would certainly recommend it.

Nice clean and tidy. The hosts were ok, we didn't create any problems either. The apartment is rather small - 4 people is an exaggeration, we were 3 adults - a bit tight. The TV is in the connecting room, there is no place for longer watching together. Access via a mountain road, 4x4 car or chains if they do not clear snow. Generally value for money good.

The apartment is very neat and well furnished. Everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable. The landlords were very nice and accommodating and gave us tips for trips.

The apartment may be small but well equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful. Access to the ski lifts is about 10-15 minutes by car. There is also a ski bus about 300m.

A suitable place for a couple who love the real mountains. The property is well positioned as a starting point for reaching excellent trails. We went there in the summer. The owners very nice and helpful.

The apartment was cosy, quiet and clean. The community Ginzling is a peacefull place right behind the bussy and chaotic end of Zillertall. We had a little accident with our car, but the owners organised a joung mechanic within 10 minutes - on a Saturday evening! Fantastic!! Very friendly folk. Recomended

A picturesque and very quiet place. Comfortable and functional apartment. Well equipped. Clear. The owner is discreet and nice. Car required for a ski trip. The perfect place for a mountain trip. Remember to shop along the way. There are no shops in the village. Overall, I liked it very much. Well-balanced value for money.
