The apartment is a bit spartan, but perfectly fine for the price. A few more items in the kitchen wouldn't hurt, but overall, you have everything you need. It should be mentioned in the description that in addition to the tourist tax, you also have to pay €7 per person per day for the Silvretta Card!

A typical austrian/tyrolean stay. Spacious apartment with large rooms, kitchen/living room and fully equipped. A fantastically beautiful view over the valley. Only downsides we can think of is that it is just a little further walking to the center of Kappl - but there are already several restaurants and bars close by. Also a washing machine is missing (for those who stay longer). Definitely a place we would return to!

Reception business. House was neat and reasonably clean, only the carpet was dusty, especially against and on the baseboard, also carpet. At night this was noticeable by allergic reaction, stinging nose and sneezing. So the next day I vacuumed the baseboards thoroughly. Doing the final cleaning yourself: vacuuming (hence?) and removing the beds. We were due to leave around 3:00 am so wanted to vacuum in the evening. The vacuum cleaner was in use by tenants upstairs all evening. So can't do it.
