Drive through Kappl!!! Unless you like very narrow and tight roads and blind bends. General information about the house: The landlord lives in the house between the apartments. Minimal communication. Quiet is very important, and from 10:30 PM onwards, bedtime is required. Almost no view due to the barn opposite and large solar panels. Check the ski bus schedule!!! Positive: Everything very clean! Stove in the large apartment: Fan oven doesn't work, knobs fall out. Dishes/cutlery OK. Kitchen utensils: okay.

Accomodation is beautiful, clean and with a nice view. The warm Austrian hospitality as we are used to is not found with this owner.

This is the sixth year in a row that we have stayed in the apartment/apartments. Starting with the furnishing of the facility to the friendliness of the landlord couple to the view of the mountains from the balcony, there is nothing comparable in the whole valley. For us it has become a second home. It doesn't get any better

Both apartments are very nice, comfortable and furnished to a high standard and the price is more than justified. We have been there for the fifth year in a row. We feel very at home. The landlord and his partner are very friendly, nice and helpful. The view is more than grandiose. We will also have a sixth and seventh and..... come again

The cottage is in good conditions. Some repairs still need to be done (i.e: broken shower door). Very hot during the night, heaters needs to be closed. Bed mattresses are quite used and not very comfortable. a bit strange that the accommodation is split on ground floor and 2nd floor (1st floor is used by the owner). Kitchens are well quipped.
