Note on the very winding approach makes sense. Very annoying and reason for bad rating: deposit is required, but you have a very bad feeling, many kitchen appliances are damaged or not available. Absolute NO GO, waited 1 hour for the landlord on departure, he pushed away phone calls and didn't show up either. Then left without contact very upset. This behavior is unacceptable, the remaining deposit would be retained and should be transferred.
