Unfortunately, the apartment was located in the basement, which wasn't mentioned in the ad. The heating in the bathroom wasn't working properly, causing a significant moisture problem. There was mold growth in the window area. The landlord contacted us immediately on the first day after our complaint and asked us to follow up the next day to see if everything was working properly. This wasn't the case, but he was no longer reachable. Absolutely outrageous!
