The furnishings of the apartment are rather simple and partly old. Positive: - very nice owners - very good service on site - ski bus to Kappl in front of the house Negative: - kitchen/living room not so comfortable (cold energy-saving light, bench presses into the back) - kitchen appliances partly broken - price/performance ratio too high

The holiday apartment is very comfortable for 6 people and is a little away from the hustle and bustle in Ischgl. The ski area in Ischgl and Kappl can be easily reached by bus. Overall highly recommended.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is adequate but a little sparsely equipped with crockery and cutlery. It is quiet, the landlords are nice and friendly. Restaurants or supermarkets are not within walking distance. We had a great ski holiday!

Beautiful spacious house with 3 bedrooms, 2 with private shower and a separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal for holidays with 1 or 2 families or friends. The owners are very friendly people who will do anything to make everything to your liking. The location is also beautiful, quiet, but a 10-minute drive from the center of Kappl and Ischgl. You can walk beautifully.
