Large balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Attention, the apartment can accommodate only 8 people maximum!

Flaurling 5 km from Telfs: Cosy 2-family house "Höpperger". In the resort, in a sunny position. For shared use: property 1'500 m2, orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Flaurling" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 5 km, sports centre 5 km, cable car 15 km, ski lift 15 km, ski school 15 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rangger Köpfl 15 km, Gschwandkopf 18 km, Rosshütte 21 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Möserer See 15 km, Badesee Mieming 18 km.

Appartement Hopperger is a spacious apartment with nice rooms, suitable for 6 adults. There were 2 refrigerators to use and a junk room for drying laundry. It is a pity, however, that it is not well maintained: the toilet door cannot be locked, drains do not run properly, exterior windows do not close, doors jam, etc. The dishwasher is also very old and does not function properly. The beds are mediocre. The kitchen utensils were old and of poor quality. Cabinets were repaired with duck tape.

Somewhat dated decor, but you see that more often in Austria. Almost everything you need is in it. Very spacious with two bathrooms and a separate 2nd toilet. Ideal for 8 people. We had a pleasant top holiday.

Dining facilities not sufficient for the possible number of people. When fully booked it gets very tight. W-Lan would actually be desirable as standard these days. Especially since the accommodation for families with children or young people would be good. More information or tips from the landlord for activities would be desirable.

The house offers a very large space and a lot of calm. The owner lives nearby and remains available without being intrusive. Ideal place for cycling (from very flat to very steep) and mountain hiking.

This holiday we have been very happy in apartment Höpperger. The apartment is suitable for 8 people, although the seating area in the kitchen and room is a bit cramped, but that can be solved creatively by moving around with tables and chairs. There is enough room to move for 8 people and the bedrooms are also spacious. The welcome by the owner is hospitable and warm. A must is the Freibad in Mutters where you can go with the guest card with a 50% discount.

Excellent holiday home with lots of space, which is a 20-minute drive from the ski areas of Seefeld. Interior is a bit dated but adequate. The only thing that was missing was a wifi. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this house.

We have been with our family. Total 8 people. Youngest child is 15. Clean and well-maintained home. We added the table from the kitchen to the room. This is necessary if you want to eat with 8 large people. Good weather. Beautiful surroundings. Welcome card plus is included gives a lot extra (one-time free access to 4 mountain railways up and down). In Telf's beautiful swimming pool. Innsbruck is close by and accessible by public transport for free. Beautiful walks. Also great for mountain bike and road bike enthusiasts.

Must take a heater, if You like comfortable taking shower - no heating in the second floor shower. Kichen equipment is very old: some need to repair, some need to change. At second floor bigger room impossible to sleep: bed frames are falling down. No storage for skis, no wifi, creaking floors, sleeping at second floor bigger room near main road with old windows was not very calm.
