Good location, sleeping facilities could be renewed, facilities in the house with sauna and swimming pool are great.

Good location in town, everything within walking distance! When we were there, only very few apartments in the complex were occupied, so that the sauna and indoor pool could be used almost 'privately'. Bright apartment, ideally equipped with a fold-away bed (real bed!) plus a couch. Seefeld/Leutasch offer a top winter hiking area, the paths are well maintained (e.g. daily ice roughening for safe walking).

The accommodation is practical and pragmatic, but the service and organization unfortunately leave a lot to be desired. I don't understand the €200 deposit, as some things are clearly battered and broken. You can't expect any help from the lady in charge, neither on arrival nor in between, and she wasn't even interested in whether anything was broken. So the deposit is total nonsense, but apparently you have to do it that way. The lady in charge was also very unfriendly.

Too expensive for what you get. Middleman is very nice. Bed is bad, creaks and squeaks. Environment is certainly nice.

Indoor pool with large pool. Nice sauna. With the wavy mattress we were not satisfied.

The apartment was clean and met our needs. But without any service, the key holder only came 2 days later to collect the visitor's tax. We received the guest card late from the information desk. The key holder was simply not available. The emergency no. on the given booking could not be reached.Everything was very disappointing.
