Kitchenette in the entrance (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, grill, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. 2 small balconies, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the garden. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Attention: No pets allowed. Sleeping arrangements in the accommodation are not full beds!

Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Dear Sir or Madam, the following information for your information: The key holder responsible for us could not be reached by email or telephone before our stay. When we arrived, it was emphasized several times that she was not responsible for us, but was only there to clean up. Everything half as wild. But then the really outrageous sentence, whether we as Germans couldn't speak German and were too stupid to come into the house. In addition, a deposit of €200 was collected in cash

From the description, we were not aware that we were guests in a private apartment. Functionally furnished. Unfortunately, there were only sofa beds or double cots.

No beds, only uncomfortable sofa beds. Apartment in need of renovation. No dishwasher. Old carpet. Dirty and partially defective kitchen appliances, no paring knife. No sharp knives. The indoor pool and sauna in the basement are great for that. However, the apartment is directly above and the temperatures in the apartment are permanently high. OK for the price, but it wouldn't have been worth more.

The structure of the apartment is absolutely basic… it is more reminiscent of a camping-style situation… 'hob that has to be plugged in, very small fridge without freezer, small dirty and rusty oven… very uncomfortable sofa beds… not well cared for, exposed wires! The only positive note, common swimming pool and sauna present in the structure!

Two sofa beds that were not comfortable at all. Polyester bedding does not work at all. Neither W-Lan nor internet connection. No dishwasher. Only one key to the apartment and not to the front door. Very nice service contact on site. She then gave us a key to the apartment and the one for the front door. Swimming pool under the apartment. Apartment was therefore much too warm for us. For us, the apartment was clearly too small for 4 people.
