Cons: The mattresses left a lot to be desired. The corner seat as the only seat was not very comfortable. Pros: The kitchen was relatively well equipped. Everything very clean. Everything very central. Very nice and helpful care.

The apartment is very spartan. The oven had no baking tray and the pots had no lids. The water didn't drain in the bathroom, but it was fixed immediately. There is no extractor hood over the stove. I didn't see a heater. The dishwasher had to run every day because there were only dishes for four people in the closet. The bad WiFi. What is very well solved, both the house and the apartment door can be opened with a code. The manager took good care of us.

A comfortable sofa or a more comfortable kitchen bench would have made the accommodation ideal! Otherwise we were very satisfied - central, clean, quiet, priced in order.

It is a simple, older, functionally furnished apartment. The windows are either so leaky that it rains through or too warped that you can't even open them. We were there to ski. Unfortunately there is no ski room and why it is called Wellnest is a mystery to me. There is no trace of wellness there. The kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired, but the supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away. The additional costs of €2.30 per day and person are too expensive.

Tips for accommodation: electric shoe dryer - there is no dryer or ice room and the apartment has underfloor heating. Earplugs for sleeping quite a lot of car traffic under the windows and the windows don't seal very well. Otherwise, pleasantly accommodated.

Bathtub drainage was stuck, we had to clean it ourselves, several bulbs were broken, one socket was out of wall, shower hose was partialy also broken. If these would be fixed and the microwave oven added, it would be very nice place to stay. Despide these deffects we were satisfied.

The best thing about the accommodation is the optimal location for a winter holiday. The room sizes are just ok for 4 people. However, there is no place to dry ski clothes because there is no ski cellar. Furnishings are ok but could be better maintained. Defective built-in refrigerator was simply supplemented with a second separate refrigerator. Television is an ancient tube television. The plumbing of the plumbing seems outdated and quickly clogs. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary and ok for our needs.
