Family: 2 adults, 2 children (11.8), booked carnival holidays 2020 - the main points of criticism are the unclean apartment, heating that only works between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., kitchen equipment that is only sufficient for a single household, WiFi that only works on the first day and a landlady who neither responds to calls nor to the doorbell ringing - in short: that was really nothing. However, the booking and processing via Interchalet went perfectly!
