Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, gondola lift 12 km, ski bus stop 800 m, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zell am See/Kaprun 12 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Main road 30 m from the property.

Beautiful, peaceful place. good equipment. enough space for a large group. we used all 22 beds and still had enough space. nice and pleasant owner. everything was great. thank you

We were satisfied with the house, the administrator was very nice and uncomplicated, but we were only there with 18 people. With 22 people at least the table would not be big enough, in 2 rooms the beds were very narrow for 2 people and not very comfortable, everything else was great

The chairs still on table & 3 fly papers full of dead flies in kitchen diner. Much of crockery chipped,glasses & cutlery all different, The ashtrays on outside tables were full. A broken flush mechanism in the middle floor WC (repaired after 3 days by my son, a plumber). Only 1 hair drier (2 promised)-a new one was brought by caretaker on day 3,she also supplied a tub for carrying wet washing and pegs & kitchen scissors. The pool was cold and green with algae.No ping pong as promised.
