4. Bezirk: Beautiful, historical apartment block, renovated in 2017. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of (10 min.), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 800 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 30 m, bakery 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, tram "O, 1, 18, D," 150 m, bus stop "13A" 80 m, railway station "Hauptbahnhof" 500 m, underground station "U1 Hauptbahnhof" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Schloss Belvedere 100 m, Botanischer Garten 100 m, Heldendenkmal der roten Armee 1 km, Karlskirche/Platz 1.8 km, Oper 2.0 km, Musikverein Wien 1.7 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (later arrival is possible for an additional fee). Check out: until 10.00 a.m.

The equipment in the apartment was fine, but the oven and the trays were quite greasy. The location at the Belvedere Garden is very nice, there is plenty of public transport around it. The way to the city center is within walking distance. Despite the large windows, the apartment is quite dark.

Although the apartment is very centrally located, 2 minutes to the tram, 5 minutes to the subway, very quiet and comfortable. For 4 adults I imagine it's a bit cramped, more suitable for two or two with younger children. We felt very comfortable the 4 days. Value for money is absolutely right.

The apartment was clean and okay. We were there with four adults. For this purpose, the sleeping facilities (folding sofa in the kitchen) are a bit cramped. In the bathroom, a shower partition on the short side of the tub would be desirable so that the entire floor would not be flooded. Otherwise we were satisfied with the location, facilities and cleanliness.

Best for 2 people, as there is only 1 bedroom and you have to go through the living room, where there is a sofa bed, to get to the toilet. The apartment is dark, which can be good when it's hot. Not a ray of sunlight hits the garden. Good location in Vienna.

Family stay of 5 days (2 children including 1 baby). Very clean, practical and well located apartment. Sofa bed in the living room comfortable but suitable for 1 adult. This is the first time that we have gone through Interhome. Very well organized (removal of keys in a box...).

Nicely furnished holiday apartment in an old building. Very quiet. Pleasant residential area with good restaurants and cafes. Outstanding location. HBF in 10 minutes, Karlsplatz 15 minutes, Belvedere 5 minutes. Less suitable for self-catering because no cooking utensils are available.

Cozy little apartment in a beautiful downtown building, right next to Belvedere Palace. Lovingly furnished, very quiet and everything you need (and a few more thoughtful details): TV, a notebook for surfing, playing cards, a few children's toys. We especially liked the Nespresso capsules and teas for the guests! Everything super clean and well maintained when we arrived. We didn't use the small courtyard garden with terrace in winter, but it's definitely nice in summer. In terms of location, the main train station and the subway (line U1) can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. With the subway it is only a few stations to the center. But we also walked a lot, because a lot is within walking distance. In the area we discovered a few places where you can have a good breakfast. A classic Viennese coffee house (Café XXX), for example, or the casual, urban Hotel XXX around the corner. We felt really comfortable - anytime again!

The structure is in an optimal position for any transfer, we moved on foot. The service is excellent and the apartment is pleasant, clean and welcoming. In addition there are many amenities including a notebook and games for children.
