Private: natural state property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, sun terrace. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.

The location of the hous is great. THe beds and the towels were clean. The house is well equipped and the sauna is fantastic. Only one comment regarding cleaning: The groundfloor was not not thorough cleaned.

The accommodation was very nice and well equipped. The only thing that was lacking was the lack of smoke detectors in the bedrooms. The bracket was there, but no smoke detector on it. Should be retrofitted urgently.

Everything was very dusty due to the construction sites, which made it difficult to eat on the terrace. The water ran off hard in the shower. Unfortunately, the WiFi code could not be found. A folder with information material would be helpful. We have had that in other huts, such as. Telephone number. from the doctor. Hiking trails, maps of sights, etc.

Thanks. We liked it very much. The accommodation was as described and very homely and everything was totally uncomplicated! From the hut you could hike away with the children and there was something for every requirement! We'd love to come back!
