In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday items in 500m. According to information from the provider, due to the geographical location on the mountain, WiFi reception cannot be guaranteed continuously and is highly dependent on the weather. Please note that the key handover takes place directly at the house.

Overflowing garbage can in front of the house on the day of arrival, this was only emptied on the last day of vacation. It was therefore a pile of rubbish in front of the house....doesn't work at all! Wasn't at any other house, by the way. Rubbish from the previous guests was also in the bedroom and living room... Cleaning could be improved!

Everything OK. We felt very comfortable. House has great facilities. Has only one parking space a little bit for a house for 8 people.

The chalet was very cozy! The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very nice that there were two bathrooms! The only two things I have to mention is that the garbage (outside bin) was completely full when we arrived and the showers were already clogged in advance! When we removed the lid, we were a little shocked, it definitely needs to be cleaned! Otherwise it was really really nice! I would heartily recommend!

In and of itself nice house and good location. Kitchen well equipped. But extremely noisy. When a child rolls over in his sleep, he bangs on the wall in the next room. When you sit in the sauna, you can hear conversations in the next room. In addition, there is no possibility to dry ski clothes for 8 people in winter. A bread roll service in the morning would also be nice. Accommodation for 8 people, but only parking for one car. The 2nd car somehow has to be parked diagonally in front of it.

A holiday home for bad and good weather: Large, raised outdoor terrace for sitting outside and enjoying the great view, cozy inside with a large dining table for chatting and playing and a nice toddler play area under the wooden stairs. The crowning glory is the sauna. Connection to hiking trails and ski area in walking distance.

It was a very nice vacation! The house was very pretty and clean, the kitchen was super well equipped. About the bedrooms, I slept very well! But wardrobes are very needy! And the children's room where the two single beds are in is so small that you can hardly sleep in it for two because there is no oxygen in the room and if you open the window it pulls directly onto the beds! Garbage cans are always full because the neighbors put the garbage in with them.

We did not find it immediately but once we were there by God .. Well-kept, spacious and complete house in a splendid place. The view is also wonderful .. 1 tip for the next guests: Do the shopping before you come up and you will be really well ..
