In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. In the house: sun terrace, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 12 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Feldkirchen", outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Hochrindl 300 m, Turracher Höhe 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald 25 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The Skiing area is closing every year on the 15th of march. The nxt possible skiing areas are Turracher Höhe 20 Km away and skiing region Bad Kleinkirchheim. Open till mid of april.

The object is suitable for people who prefer it quieter. But also suitable for families with children, since nobody is disturbed when it gets louder. For a full occupancy of 6-8 people, however, we found the bathroom and kitchen much too narrow, e.g. B. only one toilet. Because of the steep stairs in the house, it is not suitable for disabled holidaymakers. Car is absolutely necessary. Supply, shopping and gastronomy probably only designed for the winter season. Much not open.

Great house, uncomplicated handover by the manager. Everything is there, even a new separate induction hob (unfortunately not yet in the description of the house). Environment fantastic for hikes, cultural and we were even able to swim in September.

A great house for the price. Nice new bathroom. Living room is small I would not sit there with 6 adults (we had children with us). Pleasant contact with the contact person and nice that we could put the stuff in the garage so that we could arrange everything in peace. Fantastic view and very quiet location.

An atmospheric mountain house for those who like a certain seclusion, equipped with original furniture and a tiled stove, close to mountain hiking trails, many additional attractions in the nearby areas. Close contact with the surrounding fauna (breeding and wild)

In Haus Lotte you can relax very well and spend a holiday in a rustic white like the homeowners did 100 years ago. Of course there is a TV, internet and light. The house is at the very end of the street and one has had enough of peace and quiet. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to really relax.

Nice house in a beautiful place! Good beds, modernized bathroom, good TV, warm stove (was really necessary at the beginning of the holiday, cozy!). Located in a nice area with many walks.
