Ski slope “directly” in front of the house. Hochrindl ski area can be reached on foot in approx. 300 m. Next ski area Turracher Höhe. Large, cosy cottage "Almvilla", 3 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2, lawn for sunbathing 600 m2. Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km, sled run 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Albeck-Hochrindl 500 m, Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Osqald. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended.

Unfortunately, you can't leave a good hair on the property. Starting with the cleanliness, dust and dirt as far as the eye can see, it hasn't been cleaned properly here for a long time. Some of the furniture is also in a desolate condition, the plugs for electrical appliances have been patched up in a makeshift manner. A good night's sleep is hard to imagine on the "beds". At least as outrageous as the local service staff are the additional costs for electricity, bed linen and towels.

First impression shocking. Garden not properly maintained. Garden furniture partially broken. When we arrived, the garbage can was overflowing and broken in front of the entrance, which is not exactly a great sight. The main entrance a needy rickety door. So if you don't attach much importance to cleanliness, you can take the house. On the plus side, the dining room chairs were fairly new and the sauna was in good condition. Beds and sofa partly broken, very worn.
