2-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

A warm welcome from the hostess. The house is in a beautiful location. The living room is rather uninviting; it has a bed, a sofa bed, a table with four chairs, a cabinet, a wardrobe, and a large stove. There's no coffee table, no chairs, and no "coziness creates atmosphere" items. The bathroom, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom were okay. The bed mattress is mediocre. The garden is beautiful, but there's no view of it, which is a shame.

A nice place for two persons and two dogs. The garden is personal and good for the dogs. The hostess was really kind and helpfull. They have 3 dogs in their own garden, they bark at persons and other dogs - you need to pass by this to get out to the street!. There is good possibilities for nice walks with the dogs and a lounge/bar in walking distance approx 10 minutes away. We had a nice stay and would gladly come back.

It's a very nice place to stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. The garden is ideal for a dog or simply to enjoy the beautiful view. The description stated that the landlord lives on the property. However, that's only true insofar as his house is adjacent. You have complete privacy. The landlords are very friendly. We felt so comfortable that it was very difficult to leave. The accommodation is also centrally located for activities.

The house is quite far from the cable car, about 16 km, well-located ski room, boot dryer. Very nice hostess, but she only knows German. The daughter knows a little English

The holiday home is on the outskirts of Mühldorf; with the dog you are immediately in the open area; poop bag dispenser 100m from the house; three restaurants nearby; some hikes possible from the house; by car there are so many tours that 14 days are not enough; Cottage is very well equipped; high-performance WLAN;

Very clean, area fenced, garden bench very shaky, no garden lighting, stairway, outside light defective, gas grill (non-functional or no gas?)... Nevertheless, we'll be back and hope the defects have been rectified.

The apartment has everything you need and the garden is just great! Class apartment for vacation with dog and small child. The landlords are also super friendly and we would rent the apartment again at any time.

Very nice holiday home with a super fenced garden. Perfect for vacationers with dogs. The landlords are super friendly and very welcoming. The house has everything you need in terms of appliances. I would vacation there again and again. Very good location for hiking, visiting cities and swimming in the lakes. All in all it was a perfect holiday. There was nothing to complain about.
