This minimalist home in the Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach certainly makes an impression. Concrete and clean lines create a cool, contemporary feel, while the big windows and waterfront setting show off the surroundings. Little luxuries like the plunge pool and pizza oven make days here more memorable, and there’s also a private pontoon on the canal for anglers and paddlers. Best of all, sun, sea, and surf are within easy reach here, with nearby Kurrawa Beach and the aptly named Surfers Paradise just a short drive away.
