Private: property 645 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 1.4 km, sandy beach "1400", rocky beach "1400". House, pool and garden were perfect for our purposes. The old town of Calpe with narrow streets and many restaurants is within walking distance. So that you can leave the car at home. There was also enough space on the property for our two cars. However, a second remote control for the gate would be useful.

Overall the stay in the villa was fine. The outdoor area is perfect. The pool deserves a special mention. The interior is pretty worn. The fly screens in front of the windows and the air conditioning in the rooms deserve special mention. What bothered me a lot and keeps me from renting the house again is the mosquito plague. The remaining water in the destroyed pool of the dilapidated neighboring property is a true breeding ground for mosquitoes. You need mosquito repellent!

The garden and pool is the best. 3 medium cars enter the parking lot. There is a lot of kitchenware in the kitchen, so we don't miss anything. However, it does not have an oven. The mattresses, especially the ones on the ground floor, are to be thrown away and bought new. The attention of the excellent staff, we were able to enter a few hours before. Also cleaning very well.

There was no dishwasher in the kitchen, no oven, no electric kettles, no satellite TV. There are no double beds in the bedrooms. It was impossible to stay outside because there were a lot of mosquitoes.

Property itself was excellent. The upstairs balconies have quite a low railing so we had to make sure the younger children in our party were only allowed access to upstairs property with an adult.

WE RECOMMEND !!! Everything as described, we were a group of 10 people, all pleasantly surprised by the facts. Villa nice, clean, very well-stocked, we lacked practically nothing. Excellent space, marvellous pool and outdoor area. Beds comfortable and ample bathrooms. Location great all,things within walking distance. Couple of things that I would suggest. As we arrived late a welcome pack (tea,coffee, water) would have been most welcome, even if offered at an additional cost. There was a lack of local information (taxi numbers, nearest shop, local map, where to dispose of rubbish) again only a suggestion. I would point out to future guests that there are no cooking ovens in either kitchen, only a hop and microwave. BBQ available. While this was not an issue for our party it could be for groups who depended on self catering. As we collected the keys from deposit box at the office in calpe (easy to find) it was difficult when presented with numerous keys to work out what keys gave access to what, if the keys were colour coded this could help future travellers. We did have an issue with some of the seating (collapsed while in use). I would think due to heat and age it should be checked out to avoid any future incidents. Despite the minor issues I would recommend this villa to other travellers.

Perfect for two families. The first floor and the ground floor are independent and everyone can have their space to sleep with their own bathroom. The swimming pool is superb and the location fantastic (sea view and close to the center) while being in a quiet space.
