Cobwebs in all rooms, lampshades dirty, dining room chairs torn, mattresses disgustingly dirty, kitchen equipment not up-to-date (not enough plates and glasses), shower cubicle patched with adhesive tape, not properly wiped out dust and dirt everywhere in the corners, slide in the outside area defective, no drying rack present, remains of dead people fly on the walls. This accommodation is not recommended for families.

Super quiet location in the countryside. Unfortunately you can see in many places that the house and inventory is getting old.

The location of the accommodation for groups is great. You don't disturb anyone, have a large garden and are central to the towns of Leer, Papenburg, Ditzum and the Netherlands. Unfortunately the accommodation was very unclean. The Roman blind in the kitchen was greased, covered with fly droppings and dust. The stairs in both accommodations were very dusty upon arrival. The shower cubicles were completely dirty in the grooves. Mold on the end strips of the kitchen worktops. Totally stained sofa.
