Alsen Apartment 4

We found a very nice, modern apartment. The apartment was very bright thanks to the large windows, the furnishings were complete and in good condition. We would definitely go back any time.

The holiday apartment met our expectations

We chose the house because of its facilities and location. The location met our expectations, the house unfortunately not. The facility was completely thrown together, loveless, the apartment as a whole in need of renovation. In front of the bedrooms, the wooden staircase went to the upper floor, so it was quite noisy, especially at night, despite the low season. We don't book here anymore. A pity.

There were three of us (2 adults + 1 child = 16 months). The size and location of the apartment is great. But unfortunately it is very old. Everything is pretty worn & old. The houses are very noisy and quite cold. Since the only way to heat next to the fireplace is by electricity (electricity and water are billed according to consumption), this can quickly become expensive. Luckily we had good and warm weather. So we were outside a lot. The WiFi is very slow.

The houses are practical and fully equipped. The furniture, especially in the living room, is a bit worn. The houses are very noisy, but it wasn't a problem in the off-season. The facility itself is very beautiful. However, you always need a vehicle, since nothing is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For us a very relaxing holiday.

Beautiful facility with direct access to the lake, parking in front of the house

We had a lower apartment. This is great in the heat. Always cool. It was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Although not booked separately, we were in the first row to the lake. Highly recommended. From the terrace, you could go straight to the lake. For the little ones, the bathing area/entry into the water was only 2m short (mostly there were still boats). Difficult to walk even for seniors. The lake is shallow at this point and good for non-swimmers. There is no fun for children, nothing.

We had a great holiday! If you could complain about something, then that we only had 4 patio chairs despite 6 people booked. Then 2 out of 4 found the mattress too soft. Otherwise everything was great and clean! We will be back.

The location of the complex is beautiful, the house was well equipped, very cozy and quiet. There's a lot to see. Berlin is very easy to get to by train, but you can also hang out "at home".
