Alpenchalets Apartment 4

Size is OK, beds are comfortable. Caretaker service is uncomplicated. BUT: The apartment only has a poorly equipped kitchen with a dining table and 8 wooden chairs. The only TV is there, and it can only be operated at a certain angle. There is no other comfortable seating. There is not enough cutlery (spoons) and glasses for 8 people. Very poor or even no WiFi. There is no storage space... The apartment is cheaply equipped and amateurishly "repaired".

The accommodation is a good starting point. Cleanliness was OK. Unfortunately, there were a few defects in the apartment which, in my opinion, do not justify the price of the accommodation. The sinks in the bathroom drain very poorly, the windows in both bathrooms cannot be opened, leaving a toilet paper roll for 6 people for a week is actually pretty cheeky. All the doors squeak, nothing more can be said here as you are limited to the letters, a shame!!!!

WiFi only works to a limited extent and then not properly. Dirty stains on the mattresses in 2 rooms. 1 hole in the door to the bathroom on the left. 1st room on the left with a balcony to the stairs has water damage on the wall. All the doors in the apartment squeak and don't close properly. The shower head holder in the bathroom on the right is broken.

nice, large and spacious apartments. Very well equipped. Perfectly located between Zell am See and Kaprun. Great places to stay with your dog, in about lots of places to walk.
