Great location. A 2 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the promenade and beach. The pool a 10. For a family with a pet highly recommended. The wifi at times with not very good band. In the small bathroom and in the kitchen a lot of mosquitoes sneak in.

The house really needs maintenance inside. Old wT dirty kitchen especially extractor hood was dirty. Mattresses not comfortable. Shower cabin piece of drain does not flow properly. Outside 2 sunbeds piece umbrella with tear cushions on sunbeds dirty and old. Lots of crockery very fine. Swimming pool was lovely. Lots of storage space in bedrooms.

It was difficult for us to go down to the beach and go for a walk. The house, especially the pool area, is a pleasant and comfortable paradise in which one can spend hours quietly. It does not lack detail, everything is clean, the barbecue area is also amazing. Anyway, no complaint

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks and everything was fine, the best the pool, the location and the deal with Interhome that quickly solved a couple of problems. The only thing we did not like was the condition of the mattresses, they were very deteriorated

Well located, near the supermarket, and 15 minutes walk at a leisurely pace with the child, the beach. Some more air conditioning devices have been missed in the rooms or a ceiling fan, although leaving the one in the living room on cooled the rooms somewhat. The tv only see satellite channels, they could put 2 antenna systems. For the rest, the house is great and we have been comfortable and the child had a great time in the pool. And a success that allows pets.

The villa is ideally located in the heart of Calpe, close to beaches and supermarkets. The gardens are beautiful, large swimming pool (although it loses its tiles), the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars. On the interior side, it is quite suitable for vacations although it is quite dark in the bedrooms. We feel that the house is not young but it remains very well equipped. The shower room is really small. Note the presence of air conditioning ONLY in the living room. Not the shadow of a fan in the rooms. It's not great with a baby ... The "king size" bed (2 mattresses of 90) is spring loaded. not really comfortable! The freezer extension does not work, provide a multiple socket!

The house is great. Somewhat secluded from the beach and the environment but that gives privacy. They should put mosquito nets on the windows since it is quite hot in the house and if you open and enter the mosquitoes they will attack you. Beds and pillows should be better. If you do not rest well, no matter how good the house is, you cannot enjoy your stay well. The pool is fine but has a lot of chlorine and some loose floor tiles. Improving those details the house would be great.

A nice house from the 70s in a good location. You can also walk to the beach / restaurants. The pool is very well located directly at the house. The property is secluded and spacious. Everything in the house was clean. Only the WLAN could only be received in the front area. There was no usable signal in the bedrooms. We would come back anytime.
