We were received friendly. Very clean apartment, simply furnished, but has everything you need. For us the bed was a bit low, since we are a bit older, it was a bit difficult to get up.

Very good location overlooking the city of Lugano with superb sunsets, in a very quiet environment.

It is just 7 minutes by car 'up the mountain', but you also get something for that. The Utoring Mote Bré apartment complex is beautifully situated, has a small size (4x10?) swimming pool and nice terraces with a view of Lake Lugano and its name-giving city. The apartments belong to different owners. We were 2 and therefore had rented a two person type. All basic facilities are neatly in it; a small refreshment seems in order to us.

The apartment was on the third floor. The equipment was very good. In fact, nothing was missing. Annoyance is the parking lot which has to be paid for. In my opinion, 10 francs a day is not exactly small and increases the cost of the rented apartment considerably. (60 CHF additional).

Great location, good access, apartment very nice, renovated, nicely and practically furnished, spacious, balcony with a great view, kitchen well equipped, bathroom nice and functional (minus point: the ventilation didn't work). Everything was clean. We loved that it had a heated pool. Unfortunately, there was far too much chlorine in it. The smell could hardly be brought out of the bathing suits.

Extremely good location Rooms in good condition. Everything available.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and mostly did something without a car because public transport was so close.

The wardrobe needs repairs and will soon fall apart

Very good value for money. Tranquility and birdsong, walk in the forest just behind the building on Monte Bre. You have to like the winding roads and have done your shopping before, no bakery.
