The welcome by the team in place went very well. Staff very attentive, and very responsive. The accommodation is very well located, close to the beaches and shops, but would deserve a general refurbishment (painting, and especially the bedding...)

That a decor is dated is fine, but make sure it is intact. Cracks in the sink, plaster layers missing from the ceiling, chairs that are about to collapse, mold in the bathroom. A boiler that is too big, causing the fuse in Greece to blow continuously. You cannot rent this out in this condition.
