Alba Apartment 3

Very nice landlords who take care of things. There is no view from the terrace or the pool. The pool is a bit small, but there are enough loungers and shade. The house is on a small, roughly paved dead end street with a disproportionate number of cars driving along it (and honking). Music plays somewhere at night. The apartment is nice and well equipped. The beds are extremely wobbly. The mattresses are very good. The apartment next door is for 10 people, and they are very present.

Pleasant apartment 'Italian style'. Lovely swimming pool. Hardly any privacy because you share the entrance with the neighbors and you also share the terrace with the neighbors. In our case we had two cozy and nice families as neighbors but they were quite 'present'. Overall opinion is sufficient but the apartment is a bit overpriced. Furthermore, the owner could offer more active service, for example renting out bicycles or bread service

Pretty property close to Pisa and Florence and several charming Tuscan villages. The pool is great for relaxing after sightseeing. The owner is very nice and gave us lots of tips for our visits.

Apartment is ok but the shower curtain is out of time a cabin would be much more convenient, toilet has brown stains looks disgusting, no microwave, no oven, no toaster, swimming pool area could have some updates like flowers and nicer seats, the 25euro per person cleaning fee is crazy cause the size of the apartment stays the same we were with 6 ppl so way to expensive! Water of swimming pool is way to cold even during daytime 35c air temperature. Refrigerator is old and worn of. This is not a 4star apartment. So my rate would be a 2-3 max.
