The apartment is ideally located—just a few minutes' walk from the beach, with shops and a playground nearby. It's spacious, but the furniture is very worn and partially damaged. Cleanliness was inadequate: dirty floors, dusty furniture, and moldy grout in the bathroom. The single electrical circuit caused daily fuse blows. On the plus side, the smooth key handover was a success.
