Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 8 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room 9 m2 with 1 sofabed (110 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The windows on the ground floor level have external blinds. The bathroom on the ground floor has underfloor heating.

The house corresponds exactly to the description, everything you need is available. The mattresses that were the subject of reviews from last year have been replaced and we all slept very well. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. All in all a great holiday

The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need if you are self-sufficient is available. The only thing we have to complain about are the mattresses and the grilles on the lower floor. These are completely renewed. The highlight for us was the great fenced garden, ideal for our dog.

Unfortunately, this holiday home is not a nice place to stay. Very outdated bedroom, bad mattresses, also because the bedding, including bed linen, gave the impression that the towels were also quite old from the 1970s. Skylight in the bathroom, patio door broken, despite quick help from Mrs. K., no remedy could be found. The garden isn't completely fenced in either, our big Berner escaped on the first day. The house is definitely too small.

We were greeted very nicely when the keys were handed over. Unfortunately, the area around the house was very poorly lit. Kitchen is very well equipped. The mattresses in the double beds were not good for our backs. It would be good if there were furniture glides under the dining chairs because of the background noise. In the kitchen I would change the stops, then it would be more practical to use.

I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 people as it's just too tight. The washing machine is made for 3 pieces of clothing. Unfortunately, the beds were worn out and in terms of hygiene and cleanliness I would train the cleaning ladies again. But it was fine for a few days.

A very nice, spacious house which was well maintained and very clean. All rooms are spacious and the house has everything you need. The beautiful terrace also invites you to have breakfast outdoors every day. We can gladly recommend the house.

The house is very spacious and well equipped. The 1st floor has its own 2-bed sleeping area with a bathroom and a small lounge area, so that older children also have a nice retreat. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The Adda holiday home is located in Neßmersiel in a very beautiful and quiet holiday home area. The house is comfortably furnished and has a beautifully mature garden. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

House equipment, garden, terrace and area pleased us very well. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff only knows round corners and the bedside lamps would have liked to see a duster.

Beautiful holiday home in a holiday home area. Quietly located, but not off the beaten track. The rooms are very nicely furnished. We also liked the non-visible garden. The kitchen has everything you need (and more). Several restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance. Recommended are XXX XXX and the pizza truck from XXX.

We spent our first North Sea holiday in Haus Adda. The house really leaves nothing to be desired. You immediately feel at home and everything is there (and more) that you need for a great holiday. There were even games for different ages! The only thing was that the dog beach in Nessmersiel isn't that nice and we always went to Norddeich - but that has nothing to do with the house itself. We'll be back for sure!
