Achterwasser (ZEM113) Apartment 3

If you rent an apartment with a dog you should expect that there is a really functional vacuum cleaner (one bagless with a completely broken filter and the second one didn't pull a single peg off the grate) and for the rental price WiFi should be a given

The apartment was very clean but there was no WiFi or a working TV. It was very old-fashioned

Furniture could be replaced, otherwise everything was good. The service provided by the FW was very good

The holiday apartment is getting old, no WiFi - it doesn't work anymore these days, the dog wasn't allowed on the so-called meadow - so there's no point in offering it with a dog, the beds are soft, we won't be going back there. Other accommodations are much cheaper and better equipped and friendly.

Lots of rest in the complex and the surrounding area.

The apartment fully met the requirements.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. The apartment is well equipped, apart from a hair dryer you will find everything you need and a few more kitchen utensils. However, everything is thrown together and very old. So it's been a few years since the last renovation. In addition, it is optically clean at first glance, but unfortunately only superficially. In many places has only been roughly cleaned. There were spiders etc. in many corners. Unfortunately no more 3 stars.

The location of the apartment is good. It's nice and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment we rented was worn, but not dirty. The furniture has some strong signs of wear. Otherwise , shops are pretty rare in Zempin , there is no grocery store .

The location of the apartment is quiet and the position of the loggia overlooking the park is great. The place is very special due to its location between the Baltic Sea and the backwaters and the landscape is a gem.

The accommodation was well equipped, but a bit old-fashioned. It looks as if an older person lived there temporarily or lived there until they moved out.. There are some locked cupboards that say private and kitschy, dusty decorative elements that don't belong in a holiday apartment. For the price it was a bit disappointing. In addition, the wifi only worked in the early hours of the morning.

We were not the first time in Zempin and therefore a bit spoiled. We know that we can't make any big claims because we always travel with dogs. But all the windows are warped and don't close properly. The dishes were full of edges and I had to wash the dishes first. The carpet in the living and sleeping area has a lot of stains. As I said, we don't make any great demands, but basic cleanliness must be present.

The apartment is super cut. The balcony has sun all day. It is quiet and you can see a beautiful green oasis. Everything can be found in the village (supermarket, post office, bakery and the train station to the UBB). The apartment has signs of wear: should be revised. Water stains in the living room, the glass frame in the ZI door is torn out at the top and there are stains on the carpet. WLAN was also not available.

Accommodation was great. - There were no large pillows on the couch, the pillows in the closet were useless
