The apartment is small, but has almost everything you need. An oven and internet would have been nice. Insect screens would be a must, though, as the place is teeming with mosquitoes and spiders. There is no longer a supermarket in town, but you can buy a few extra things at the bakery. Parking for this apartment is a bit difficult if you have a large station wagon, and apartments 2 and 7 are also occupied by station wagons.

Very nice area, you can get everywhere quickly, even by bike. The only downside is that there is no shop. But that's not the landlord's fault.

House rules difficult for young people because there had to be silence all the time. No grill available. We had to tighten screws on deckchairs (danger). Fan in bathroom runs hot and smells.

Cleanliness was poor, basic cleaning was ok. Lamps and fans as well as shutters inside were dirty.

Quiet location in Zempin, definitely away from the typical tourist spots. You can walk to the backwaters in three minutes and to the Baltic Sea in 10 to 15 minutes. Bicycles can be rented right next to the property. Definitely recommended, because the landlord is super friendly, gives tips and bicycles can be rented at any time.

Furnishings ok, apartment poorly cleaned, mosquito screens are missing, so many mosquitoes and moths in the apartment, parking lot at the house cannot be used if all apartments are occupied. Passage in the hedge can hardly be used because it was not cut back. The location of the apartment is great, a short walk to the backwaters and Edeka and also very quiet. Unfortunately there was no WiFi, which would be desirable these days
