Stayed here for the second time with a group of friends. The owners are very welcoming and helpful and leave a welcome pack of cake, tea, coffee, milk and prosecco that is a much appreciated gesture. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet location. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and linen for a large group. The location is ideal for exploring Llandudno being central for walks along the prom (about 3 minutes away), for shopping and for eating out. Public transport is very handy too. We will be returning as we enjoy staying here so much.

We stayed in Abbeylands House (3 families) for 5 days over Christmas. Warm welcome from Dympna with some lovely festive gifts. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree etc. The house has been sympathetically restored and is decorated in keeping with the age of the property. Large living room and dining table, lots of board/card games supplied. Kitchen is well stocked and large with a great double oven range for cooking Christmas dinner. Small decked area to rear of property and a small games room with football table and pool. On the first floor there is a full bath room, large shower room, a large master bedroom with bay window, double room, and a single room, on the second floor there is a further shower room a twin room, two double rooms and a single room. All bedrooms are decorated well and are really comfortable. The house is a couple of roads back from the promenade in a quiet residential street and there is on road parking, we were fortunate to get three parking spaces in close proximity but this may prove harder in the summer. There are two larger car parks on the main road at the top of the street. There is easy access to the shopping area, north shore, west shore, the tram and the Orme. Lots of pubs and eateries. And we had two dogs with us and found the Queen Victoria to be really dog friendly. Would definitely recommend Dympna’s lovely house to a large family group and would visit again! We also went to watch the Boxing Day swim which was raising money for some great charities and was a great community event.

Superb House, beautifully decorated, spacious, everything we could want and more, beautifully furnished bedrooms with comfy beds, gorgeous bathrooms, plenty towels and hot water and heating. Great Kitchen and carpet free downstairs which was great for the dogs. There was 11 of us, and we were there for our Family Christmas Gathering. The house was perfect for all of us and the dogs! - Had an enclosed rear yard. We could easily walk to the front and the pier, very well located. The owner was there to meet us. Would definitely stay again! Thanks x

What a beautiful house. We stayed there with a group of 8 friends and absolutely loved it. Dympna, the owner, clearly has great taste as the property was beautifully decorated and furnished. We had welcome proseco and treats along with some basics like milk and tea. The rooms were all gorgeous and very clean. We went to a local recommended gastro pub that was lovely. The location was spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely book again.
