Lovely house in a great location, we really enjoyed our stay in Whistable.. As a family of 5 it is sometimes difficult to please all ages of children but I think we managed to. The host was extemely helpful with lots of hints and tips and answered any questions we had quickly.

A great place to stay.. Had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Deceptively spacious. Nicely furnished. Convenient location, close to the high street, easy walking distance to the sea/beach. Owner responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to other visitors to the area..

Geweldige vakantie gehad, mooi stadje. Mooi castle, en een mooi strand. Super!

90 Regent Street is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped.. The welcome packs of milk, coffee, tea and toiletries were really welcome, as were the cleaning things (washing up liquid, cloths and four dishwasher tablets) that you don’t really want to buy when you are on holiday, but have to at other places. It looks just like the photos. The location is great, as it is in walking distance from the train station, beach, harbour and shops. We were able to walk everywhere and so didn’t need a car or even use public transport. The garden was also nice to relax in. The owner asks for a deposit to be paid directly to him. He returned it very promptly (the day we left) and was always helpful and available via email. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for such a lovely comfortable stay at 90 Regents street.. The house was warm and had everything we needed including a lovely little welcome pack. It was the perfect space for three of us and it could cater for more if needed. Black out blinds made the nights very comfortable and the street is quiet and no more than 3/4 minutes walking distance to the main high street. Clive was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The only thing to watch out for is finding a parking space. Would highly recommend.

The house is extremely well located being so close to the High Street yet away from the traffic.. It is modern, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and warm (New Year was very cold in Whitstable). Clive could not have been more helpful with information and communication. I would not hesitate to book the house again as it met the needs of all the family perfectly.

We had one of the most memorable breaks ever thank you, in part due to the beautiful house.. It was one of the most comfortable clean yet homely cottages we have stayed in. You had thought of everything in terms of the selection of cutlery/crockery etc in the kitchen, the films and toys/games for kids.......even a BBQ! Whistable has been so welcoming - the people are so friendly. There is such a fantastic choice of shops, cafes, restaurants etc and we visited the beach for a swim/paddle every day! So thank you, we will definitely be back next year!

A really nicely decorated house in a great location to access all that Whitstable had to offer. It had loads of children's activities in the house in case of wet weather.

Being in close proximity to sea and town meant that we could walk everywhere, so once we had found a parking space we could leave the car parked up. The information supplied by the owner of the property was really good, especially where to eat. The overall ambience made it all a wonderful place to be.

This was our first visit to Whitstable and staying at the property made our holiday so much easier and enjoyable. The owners had thought of many extra touches, which we were not expecting; toys for the kids, plastic plates and little sets of cutlery. The quality of the furnishings and contents of the house are of a very high standard. It just has a lovely feel to it. Would highly recommend this property to couples or a family wanting to enjoy the seaside. There was plenty to do in the area, even if the weather was not great. Just relaxing at the beautiful home was enough. Thank you.
