The apartment is spacious for 3-4 people. There is enough crockery and cutlery. The pans should be replaced (round bottom). The oven, crockery and some of the cutlery were dirty. The apartment was otherwise pretty clean but showing its age. The extractor fan didn't work, the refrigerator jammed when closed. The sink and floor panels had several cracks, the TV was very small! The mattresses were very soft. The apartment still exudes a certain coziness with the wood.

This apartment is in urgent need of renovation. The furniture is old and worn. The bed linen, clothes and dishes were clean, in contrast to the curtains and the upholstered furniture. The location of the apartment is top notch.

Apartment beautiful by the sea. Very old condition, old furniture, very old kitchen and bathroom. Repairs, service and renewals were very neglected. Pity! We have been renting this apartment for more than 5 years. Nothing was ever done regarding renovation.

Very well equipped, nothing is missing. The decor is pleasant and the premises were very clean. Only downside: the balcony-terrace, it lacks a table and 1, even 2 armchairs or seats.

Overall everything was fine, some small precautions (no fondue stove and a few cups for tea, dead rosemary pots on the balcony left there to themselves) would have made the stay impeccable. Very well organized with separate waste collection in the condominium and garbage bags provided free of charge as well as toilet paper. ! We were happy.

We spent a few days as a family in Surlej with a one year old. The accommodation is very pleasant, quiet, with a large balcony overlooking the interior "courtyard" of the residence. The kitchen was well equipped, there is a lot of space in the apartment and everything is very clean. We will definitely come back!

Furnishings, although dated, are in fair condition. Only the bed mattresses were definitely too soft and it was like being in a hollow. Otherwise we liked it.

Overall ok apartment. We were bothered by the much too soft bed mattresses and the soft upholstered furniture in the living room. (Perhaps our personal opinion, but the beds are certainly not back compliant, and this issue has been mentioned before.) The patio seating is run down and uninviting to use! On the other hand, the kitchen and dining area as well as the bathroom are very beautiful and practical.
