Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a balcony with furniture. Situated in a pleasant location and close to places of interest, 6 Mariners Point is a wonderful retreat in a desirable part of England.

All second floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV, en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony.

Area
The town of Hartlepool lies north of the Tees estuary, with the North York Moors to the south and the majestic cathedral town of Durham, a short drive to the North West. Hartlepool now offers an award-winning marina, with associated trendy restaurants and bars overlooking yachts and sea going cruisers. In the heart of the town there is a multiplex cinema, a health and fitness centre with swimming pool and Middleton Grange shopping centre.

The location is spot on with sea views from all rooms the apartment has been decorated with style and care.. The whole building is well cared for and clean.The Marina has loads of restaurants and is only a few minutes walk away.would definitely recommend 6 mariners point.

Lovely welcome pack comfortable accommodation unfortunately due to the local lockdown ect not all local venues were open.. Also there was building work on an adjoining flat which was a bit annoying any one following on if all is completed should have a good time. This was not the fault of the owner. Would go back to this property

If your looking for a surgical clean, extremely well equipped base then stay here.. Your own parking spot, a lift if needed to take you up to your second floor accommodation. A kitchen equipped with almost everything you may need. A great big telly with a box of DVD’s if needed, a telly in the master bedroom with Netflix on tap. Linda your host extremely attentive, instantly replying to text questions. Beautiful sea views from all rooms. So if it’s Hartlepool you would to visit, this is the place to stay.

A modern, spacious, well equipped and extremely clean apartment with views of the sea.. Communication with the host Linda is very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The welcome box of goodies was very much appreciated- very useful and a lovely touch. There are lots of places nearby to eat, drink and get groceries. A wonderful base to explore the north-east. We had greats days out in Durham, Lindisfarne, Alnwick, Whitby, Seaton, Seaham and saw the Angel of the North. A fabulous staycation!!!

This photos and description of this apartment doesn’t give it the justice it deserves.. It’s far more superior and lovely. Linda is an amazing host, truly lovely lady who left the best welcome basket. There is no need to leave the surrounding area as a multitude of restaurants (tai, Indian. Caribbean, tapas, grill, Turkish and many more) and large supermarkets are within walking distance. The marina is beautiful and the view from the apartment is soul soothing. As a global corporate travel manager I’m not easily impressed - I was absolutely impressed by this stay. Within a few days of arriving we were already booking another stay. Thank you so much Linda xx

This apartment was absolutely amazing.. Much more spacious than the images show. The storage heaters were a bit tricky to work out but we sorted them eventually. The double bed is very comfortable, best night sleep in a long while. Perfect location wise and the marina has plenty to offer. Would definitely return.

We have stayed in 3 flats on the Marina over the years and this was by far the best.. The only bad thing was that the owner of the flat below decided at 3'o clock in the morning to watch TV at plus10 volume on our last night in the flat.

The location on the marina and view from balcony just lovely.. A few minutes walk away from supermarkets but quiet and relaxing at the very spacious apartment. Such lovely accommodation, absolutely spotless, fab welcome pack and fresh flowers! Wow. A king size bed would hv been better as hubby is 6ft 2” n had a little difficulty sleeping. Linda was very attentive but not intrusive, only contact was by text but she made sure everything was ok for us. Would definitely go back for another holiday.

Excellent accommodation.. I am already missing the sea view. The lady who I spoke to, Linda, was most helpful and kind. The apartment was of a high standard, spacious and spotless. Wonderful location.. Beautiful apartment. Shopping, restaurants, bars, sea view walks, cinema, fascinating museum....all within walking distance. Train station is a 15 minute walk away.

On the morning of the 29th Dec my husband slipped on ice and broke his leg so we were unable to go.. He had to have an operate on Wednesday 3rd Jan. My son went on the Saturday afternoon until the Monday morning in our place, the property was only used 2 days out of the 5, we were absolutely gutted. My husband still isn’t well and will be on crutches at least 6 weeks. I have filled in the above as I couldn’t leave blank but really can’t comment.

WOW. We were there for 3 nights and we will go back again. The apartment is nice, warm and you have that feeling of being at home. The balcony is lovely, you can enjoy the sea and drink tea. When you wake up, the first thing you see is the sea! It is a perfect place to charge your batteries. You will fall in love and you won't be disappointed.
