You'll never need to worry about finding a space after a long journey or a day full of adventure. 5 The Pottery in Warfleet is in the outskirts of Dartmouth Town Centre although, is still only a 10 minute walk from the main town, if you walk in the opposite direction you'll reach the famous Dartmouth Castle and a 'secret' cove called Sugary Cove. Dartmouth is a great location and is within driving distance of other local towns like Brixham, Totnes, Paignton and Torquay. 

Sleeps: Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms

Beds: 1 King (5') bed, 1 Double (4'6") bed, 1 Single (3') bed. 

Rooms:  Ground Floor - open plan living, kitchen, dining. Bedroom 1 and family bathroom. Lower Ground Floor - Bedroom 2 and ensuite. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Integrated oven, integrated microwave. Ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine. 

Entertainment: 32" TV with FreeSat, DVD Player.

For Families: Travel cot (please bring your own linen), high chair available. 

Parking: 1 designated car park space, this is a car park space and has no cover therefore, a car to the size of a 4x4 will fit into the space. 

General: WiFi Provided. Electric included in rent. Underfloor heating provided with additional heaters. No Pets. No Smoking. Mobile phone signal ranges from none to patchy. Stairgates are not provided due to the width of the staircases, and so parties with children should take additional care.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Short Breaks - Shorts Breaks are accepted in low and mid season - minimum of 3 nights.
