Number 5 Church Farm Cottages is in the village of Reydon, just one mile from Southwold, a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging rail, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair.
Bedroom 3: bunk bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers. this bedroom is accessed through bedroom 1 and 2
Bathroom: bath, WC and hand basin.

Entertainment: TV and DVD player, radio,
For families: 2 x stairgates. Bunk bed room.
Outside: lawned garden. garden furniture..
Parking: off street parking for two cars,
General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Oil central heating. One basket of logs with kindling and firelighters is provided for the open fire-in the winter months. No smoking

Notes: there are two sets of stairs to the first floor, one from the dining room and one from the sitting room, both stairs have stair gates at the top. Please be aware that the garden is un-fenced - so care must be taken with small children
