Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a dining area and sitting area with electric fire and French doors. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture along with an on-site bar. Situated in the heart of the holiday resort of Atlantic Reach, 49 Atlantic Reach is a lovely holiday base for exploring this lovely part of the country.

The seaside town has something to offer for families, couples and large groups, be it a relaxing spa weekend away or the ultimate luxury retreat. The town boasts an award-winning Blue Flag beach and hosts some of the world’s best water sports competitions, including the Boardmasters festival and the surfing championships. Those walkers will enjoy exploring along the South West Coast Path, passing through hidden coves and over high cliffs, it makes an excellent way to soak up the scenery.

Newquay Water World is 4 miles from the property with swimming and leisure facilities and passes start from £32.50 a month. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
