Holiday home 40A High Street is a self-catering apartment location in the town of Grantown-on-Spey in the Cairngorms National Park. Set over three floors, this cottage apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two second floor zip/link king-size double bedrooms, a third floor double, as well as a third floor bathroom and a second floor shower room. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen, first floor dining room and a first floor sitting room with open fire. Outside there is shared off road parking and a shared rear lawned garden with furniture. 40A High Street is an ideal base for town amenities, as well as being close to walks, cycle routes, golf and birdwatching.
Area Grantown-on-Spey is situated in the superb Cairngorms National Park. The town offers a number of shops, bars and restaurants, whilst the area boasts fishing, golfing, walks, birdwatching and whisky trails.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
I would recommend this property to any one.. although there were only three of us this property would sleep six with ease

We've stayed in this apartment before ,so we were aware of how lovely it is.. Three good size bedrooms, one being en-suit . It has a comfortable lounge with an open fire . A well equipped, clean and well appointed apartment.Perfectly positioned for all amenities in Grantown and surrounding area. Highly recommended.
It was a very comfortable, homely flat.. With everything you need. A great location with easy access to coast and mountains, bike and walking trails.

The house was in excellent condition, extremely clean and well equipped, everything to a very high standard.. Lovely and cosy,very comfortable,we had a lovely time here.It is situated in the centre of Grantown on Spey, and is so well situated to explore the local area. Lots of lovely walks nearly too,for the dog.He lived it too.
We will certainly return.

Accommodation was absolutely super! ! Large, spacious house and very comfortable, had all home items we could ever need. In a fantastic location for exploring nearby areas, we never drove more than 30 mins to enjoy yet another fantastic activity! Would definitely recommend and would love to return!!
Excellent property, in the heart of a lovely little town.. We would not normally rent such a large house but we had extended family with us for part of the holiday. Didn’t feel ‘too big ‘ once we were on our own though. The stairs might be a problem for small children and less able adults. Very good parking, and the shared garden large and secluded. Grantown is a great centre for exploring the area.
Twit Twoo, we had a super stay in 40A! It was a great home from home - cosy, clean, comfortable and well located for exploring Grantown and surrounds. The local Anagach Woods and Speyside Way are wonderful for walking. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A great flat with accommodation and fixtures to a very high standard. All the little details such as the high quality Egyptian bedding and luxury soaps etc to the quality equipment in the kitchen made for a very enjoyable and comfortable short break.
I would recommend this flat to anyone who enjoys the outdoors and looks forwards to sitting in a lovely living room with an open fire reflecting on a lovely day out in this amazing part of Scotland.

The flat is very spacious. The quality of bedroom furnishings is very high. The duvets, pillows and duvet covers are all excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owners responded quickly to issue instructions for key collection. They have provided excellent information with leaflets and books to ensure all local activities/walks were highlighted.
