We had a very comfortable stay at this beautiful cottage.. Everything that could be done to make our stay as comfortable as possible was done. The cottage is lovely and clean and bright and exceptionally well decorated. The welcome package of the essentials and goodies was a lovely touch. My family and I will return again when we are next in the area.

Only issue is the parking but this is to be expected so close to the centre and the owner very kindly called before we left to explain how the parking permit worked..

The cottage is gorgeous.. The Christmas decorations were such a welcoming sight when we arrived, as were the fresh flowers and provisions to get us going. It was warm, cosy and very well-equipped, but most importantly, it was fantastically clean. We loved being able to walk into the town and it was completely peaceful despite being so close. The owners have worked hard to make it a lovely home from home.

This little house is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the town centre.. On arrival we immediately felt welcome because of the thoughtful touches the owners had made prior to our arrival. After a particularly horrendous journey they were all the more appreciated. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the entire house was beautifully clean. I had some contact with the owners prior to our stay, and they were very friendly and helpful. As I have fibromyalgia I did find the bed a little too hard for me, but my daughters slept well so this is probably unique to me. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Be very careful with the parking though - despite the instructions I still managed to get landed with a parking ticket on the first night. We are looking forward to booking again in the future. 25 Shakespeare Street now feels like a "home from home".

Alan and Moira were excellent and concerned hosts.. They were easy to get on with and friendly. The house is very close to shops, pubs, restaurants and places of interest even for us in our upper 80`s. Regarding that, parking is difficult. If you take the car to visit other areas you are not certain to get a parking place easily on your return and may have to check adjoining streets despite having a parking permit. We left the car parked , used the hop- on-hop-off bus or walked the short distance to the town centre. We had a very pleasant and relaxing time.

The accommodation at 25 Shakespeare Street was excellent, in a perfect location and offering everything you need to enjoy your break.. Everything was of good quality and it was obvious Alan and his family take a real pride in the property. When we return to Stratford we will have no hesitation in booking again.

As first guests we enjoyed this beautiful modernized house.. Everything brandnew and equipped with good taste. Lots of marks of attention. And that all a few hundred yards from the center of the city. Perfect!
