Trefriw is ideally placed for activities and attractions within the national park and the North Wales Coast nearby. The village offers shops and pubs and is also home to a woollen mill and craft shop. The Trefriw Wells Spa is well-worth a visit, while fishing is available on the River Conwy and also in the lakes in the hills above Trefriw, notably Llyn Crafnant.
