The house is arcitecturally well designed, but cheaply built and basic amenities plus basic furniture is desperately missing.. You have to like living in a messy place. Walls also very thin, which was not a problem for us but might be so for other groups.
There is a very narrow entrance hall, with no hangers for jackets and coats and no cupboard for shoes. Therefor the entrance area is always messy, and we had to clutter our coats and jackets around the living room sofas - luckily there was no rain in our holiday week!
The master bedroom on the second floor has an incredibly narrow bed (we are very slim acutally), and the matress is very cheap and uncomfortable. I never slept so badly on a holiday. There is a very big area for hanging up clothes, but no shelve space for t- shirts, underwear u.s.w. - we ended up organizing our clothes on the floor! - because also the small bedside tables and sideboard with mirror and 3 very tiny decorative drawers provide hardly any space. There is no mirror in the bathroom - and no bin.
Actually, there are no bins in the whole 3- floor house, apart from 1 bin in the kitchen!
On the second floor there are 2 further bedrooms which provide more cupboard space. The bathroom/ toilet on the first floor has a strange, cheap and very loud sliding door with an unpractical doorhandle. Sometimes people got stuck on the toilet and needed help from outside to open it, which was quite funny, but still, from the price we paid for the house we would have expected basics like functioning door handles.
Please, let us know whether you are prepared to refund us for the inpracticalities, since the price of the house seems extortionate in relationship to what is offered.
