The living areas include a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, a living/dining room with balcony and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a kingsize with access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars, along with shared use of the on-site leisure club. There is a shop and restaurant on-site. WiFi, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in rent. 17 Valley Lodges is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. Please note, this property does not accept children under 5 and the use of electric scooters is not allowed. No stag,hens or similar parties, No worker bookings.

Settled within the rural countryside of Cornwall is the charming, small hamlet of St Ann's Chapel. This rural setting offers a lovely base for adventures within the Tamar Valley AONB and the Dartmoor National Park. This small community is home to a handful of shops and local businesses to serve a self-catered stay. Nearby is the large village of Gunnislake offering further amenities, while attractions on the doorstep include The Tamar Valley Donkey Park!
