Area Situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore is an ideal holiday location. The area offers good fishing, walking in the surrounding hills and woodland, and golf with its fine courses. There is also sailing, riding and bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. The landscape is dotted with historic castles, tempting distilleries, and is known to millions as the setting for the TV series 'Monarch of the Glen'. You can fish on the River Spey all summer and winter or ski on the Cairngorms and at the Lecht ski centres.

There were only two little things that bothered me, we were so lucky with the weather the sun shone for us which made the nights very humid even with the bedroom windows open it was difficult to get a full nights sleep.. So for Summer time I would recommend a lighter quilt than 13.5 tog with an extra throw if needed. Number two although the picnic table was alright to eat at it was not comfortable to sit at for long. A few sun chairs kept in the cupboard would have been Heaven. Apart from that we would recommend this property, so well kept.
We had a great holiday, the property was immaculately clean with a well equipped kitchen, gardens front and back were both fenced in, so good for the dog.. Location was great within walking distance of local CoOp and was really convenient for bike trails too.
We really enjoyed our week and would definitely book again.

A beautifully presented holiday let.. Good location, well equipped, clean and comfortable. One of the best lets we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend and hopefully one day return
We have resided at this cottage before and as on our previous stay, the cottage was clean, well presented and very cosy.. The owner was very welcoming and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and the cottage is situated in a nice, quiet cul de sac. Very dog friendly and the gardens, both front and back were secure for our two small dogs.
A fantastic bungalow in Aviemore - in a quiet street close to the village. Spotlessly clean with everything one could ever need for a great holiday. Fast Wifi (10Mbps) and a Freesat TV system. Good parking. Dog-friendly - as is most of Aviemore. The mountains are very close - we can see them from the front garden. The Speyside Railway steam trains run at the back of the rear garden - a great experience for children - and adults. One of the best houses I have rented for a holiday.
Stayed here over Christmas & New Year 2018, first off would like to say that the owners went above and beyond welcoming us to the holiday home.. The place was very clean and had everything needed for two weeks relaxing, we took our dog (Cavapoo), both front and back garden had lots of space for him to run around and he enjoyed letting off steam at the steam train that passed at the back. We didn't have a car but managed to get shopping from the town (Tesco/Aldi) which was a twenty minute walk away, there is a Co-op about five mins away which had a good amount of stock also a chippy that was fantastic. Just across from the home were walks that we spotted deer wandering in the woodland. The owners left a list of dog friendly pubs and cafes that was very helpful, we tried The Old Bridge Inn (near the train station) which had lovely food at a good price. Also there is a local brewery (The Cairngorm Brewery) that is a few minutes a way that do tasting sessions (worth the fee) and a tour that can be booked. When we look to come back to Scotland especially to Aviemore we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Accomadation could not be better.. Clean and everything you would want. Great fenced in garden for the dogs. Did not want to come home.

So much effort had been put into making us feel at home.. The house was very clean and comfy, it was equipped with everything that we could possibly need and even the dog was made to feel welcome with an enclosed garden, blankets to sleep on, bowls and a tin of treats. I can't think of any improvements that could be made. The area was ideal for all kinds and we were never in our two week stay, lost for things to do.

Would book up this property again through the website and look at other properties in different locations.. Property was exactly what we required, had all the facilities we needed, quiet area, was clean and was close enough to the various locations we travelled to which is what we basically look for.
The property is a real home from home which made it very easy to settle in and relax..
Fantastic cottage in the right location to see the area.. Parkrun starts 5 minute walk from property, and you can be in the heart of the mountains in 25 minutes drive

This is a great, little house with an enclosed front and back garden. It was immaculately clean and tidy with everything you need for your comfort including Wi-Fi which is the holiday essential of every teenager! They also allow you to have two dogs in the property.
